Soho Coffee Co. launches first new concept brew bar
Soho Coffee Co. has launched the first of a new concept brew bar in Westfield, London.
The independent artisan coffee shop chain, which has 39 managed and franchised sites, is offering slow-drip coffee that allows the coffee to “bloom” and release the depth of flavours.
In addition to its signature coffee blend, coffee connoisseurs will have the choice of single origin coffee beans accompanied by provenance and tasting notes, paired with a food menu.
It has chosen the Hario V60 ceramic dripper for its slow-drip coffee and Organic and Fairtrade Suki loose-leaf teas are served with the Hario Tea Dripper.
Other beverages on offer include Nitro Cold Brew, Soho's signature refreshing Botanical Coffee & Tonic, and cold-brewed Apple, Rosebud & Mint tea over ice. Fresh juices and smoothies are made to order.
Soho Coffee Co. opened its first store in 1999 and its 39 stores are situated across the retail, travel, leisure and healthcare sectors in the UK and internationally.
The brand opened nine new stores last year including The Brewery in Cheltenham and Debenhams in Birmingham. This year has seen the opening of Covent Garden, London and Queen’s Road, Bristol.
It also has sites at international airport hubs including Dublin, Faro, Lisbon, Las Palmas, Malaga and Hamad.
