Next week: Coffee Business World reports from European Coffee Expo

Next week we’ll be coming to you a little later than usual, as we’ll be reporting from European Coffee Expo at London’s Olympia on Tuesday (May 22) and Wednesday (May 23).

There’s a jammed-packed conference, sponsored by WMF and Schaerer, with expert speakers tackling topical subjects, plus the Tea Theatre, in association with the UK Tea Academy, sponsored by Brita, and Taste & Sensory Challenge, also sponsored by Brita. Last week we announced the 16 finalists in the Innovation Path & Awards, with the winner to be announced live from the show at 16:30 on Tuesday, May 22.

Both myself, Coffee Business World’s editor Kate Oppenheim (pictured above), and colleague Michelle Perrett will be at the show and would love a chance to say ‘hello’ and hear your news.

You’ll find us attending the conference sessions and other show events, plus taking time to talk to exhibitors on their stands.

  • WMF will be exhibiting on stand D20B; Schaerer will be exhibiting on stand D20A.
  • Brita will be exhibiting on stand B23.

London Wine Fair

While you're at London Olympia next week, why not take the opportunity to visit the London Wine Fair, which is just next door to European Coffee Expo.

Featuring 14,000+ wines from over 40 countries, the show represents the perfect chance for operators to add to their wine list, or become inspired at one of the phenomenal tastings.

Badges are free to the hospitality trade. Register for your entry badge here or find out more at
