Esquires launches 36th site
Fast-growing franchise chain Esquires Coffee has opened its 36th UK store in Manchester with more sites in Tunbridge Wells and Bournemouth set to open this summer.
The smaller format site has opened in an area sandwiched between Piccadilly and Oxford Rd Stations, close to both the universities and China town in the city.
Despite the site not having a full kitchen operation, Esquires has made the most of the food offer with a range of dishes including pizza, house-made granola, full English breakfast, baked eggs with salmon or chorizo, avocado on toast, three bean chilli, Halloumi burger, salads and hot boxes. All are available to eat in or take away in fully compostable boxes.
As well as offering Fairtrade and organic coffee, teas and chocolate it also serves cold pressed juices.
Each site within the Esquires group is targeted at the local market in both design and offer.
The small site in Manchester has been designed in what Esquires Coffee calls a “cool and quirky environment”, filled with communal tables and cosy seating.
The company has 52 sites in the UK and Ireland.
